Let me tell you a little about myself since you will be working with a person, not a machine!
BACKGROUND
My Dad, the late Col. John Fain, USAF-Retired, served in the Pacific under General MacArthur and was an esteemed Atlanta broker whose company was in business for fifty-seven (57) years.I was brought up in the real estate business. As a life long Atlanta resident, I have a comprehensive networking base coupled with knowledge of Metro Atlanta schools, shopping facilities, churches, community opportunities and highways.
As a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Seniors Advantage Real Estate Council, my networking on behalf of clients has been expanded to include REFERRAL SERVICES for all of the USA!
EDUCATION AND AWARDS
A BA degree from Florida State University laid the base for my career as a licensed real estate consultant with the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation as well as membership in the Luxury Home Marketing Institute. Membership in the Atlanta Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors assures you of the strict code of ethics and professional procedures under which I will conduct your real estate business.
COMMUNITY NETWORK
As Founding Chair of Atlanta Women of Vision (World Vision U.S.), sustainer in the Junior League of Atlanta, the needs of individuals who need helping hands are critical. To address those needs, I give a percentage of my commission to nonprofits assisting USA Armed Forces throughout the world and to "at-risk" children and youth. Please contact me for further details.
